A new barge, the sixth in the LSAM 16 series, was launched in Thane, Maharashtra, by a private firm. This barge, named 'Ammunition Cum Torpedo Cum Missile Barge, LSAM 20 (Yard 130)', will aid the Indian Navy in transporting articles and ammunition to ships.
